Hotel O New Airport Residency — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Horrifying experience as a first time OYO user. I wanted a late check in and early check out as per my flight schedule close to the airport. The way the hotel staff and OYO support centre handled my booking I had to force myself to walk out of the hotel and find another hotel altogether. Despite of payment done in full the hotel staff tried to extort extra money from me upon check-in and for close to an hour OYO tried convincing me that they were trying but unable to do anything. I gave up on them finally including the hope of any cancellation or refund and eventually found another hotel to check myself in. As I'm arriving at the next hotel who readily understood the situation and gave me a room booking, OYO now tells me to go tell the reception that they have spoken to the hotel owner and now I can ask the receptionist to speak with their owner and allow to check me in. Utterly unprofessional and humiliating treatment. No alternative provided and the fact that checkin was now possible cancellation cannot be done either. After apologising for the incident OYO took it upon themselves to pat their back and claim they have successfully resolved the issue. Yes indeed OYO has successfully ensured that OYO will be my last recommendation to anyone seeking accommodation options. I'd rather recommend sleeping at the train or a bus station instead over...

PLEASE DONT PREFER THIS OYO! 1)When I came to checkin they gave me one room. That room doesn't have power over no plug!

2)Then they changed me to other room That room doesn't have independent Lock key.And hotel guys told me they have only one master key,you can lock by ur own (press type)and wen u want to open inform us we will open for you.

3)Then again I changed that room and they gave other room.That room windows cannot close fully.room found very dirty with cigarette buds,beer bottles and full room paint found peeled off.all together room condition is very much bad!

4)I got fed up and again they gave me other room! Room is having everything.So I finalised.And wen I see the bathroom, sink is not having drain pipe and no power for bathroom as well as heater.

I already paid for 6days. Called to customer care. They said to take photo and sent to their end.But regarding refund will not eligible.They why I need to do all these things!

So please don't...

The service facility was not so good and the atmosphere of hotel was not as it was hotel, there is not proper security for people who came for stay and doesn't have any parking facility even any body can go and check there parking and the other thing I am enclosing point to point as below - 1. There were boys drunked in hotel and fighting in hotel and using abusive words at late night. 2. No electricity in room of 201 even not for single bulb or not for charging for mobile. 3. No TV or Ac is not working condition 4. Lock of main door is broken no facility to close door 5. Window glass of room 206 is broken and no proper facilities for cover window. 6. No facility for use of water in washroom whole night or not even early in the morning. 7. No Hot water for morning bath. 8. No better management 9. Overall management...
