NO REFUND RECEIVED. Very worst service. I have scheduled an order on 9-07-2025 and they didn't deliver the order. When I called the restaurant and requested to delivery it, they said no agent available. So i have asked for refund on same day and they said we have just sent a mail to refund but they didn't send that mail. When I requested for picture of the mail sent , no response from them. After continuous follow up they sent mail only on 25-07-2025 for refund. Still no refunds and they will not pick the call and in background we can listen Manager saying the agent the tell that he already left.
I have shared the payment order receipt, payment done and payment deducted message from bank too with them.

Read moreThe staff seems to be always new and highly inexperienced, they never have change to return when paying in cash and it's not even an exaggeration, tables aren't cleaned unless told so and then too they half ass the cleaning, actively prioritize deliveries even when there are done in orders and they take upwards of 40 mins to prepare dine in order due to preference of deliveries, food itself is very sub par, half the time they don't have enough of anything for one order then have less of a different item in the very next order, this place is a mess, rather visit a different place within JTM mall or a different KFC...

The floor was littered with food scraps, and there appeared to be water and grime pooling in certain areas, creating a very unhygienic environment. Additionally, the equipment looked unmaintained, which raises concerns about food safety and overall sanitation.
As a customer, I expect a clean and welcoming atmosphere when dining at KFC. This experience fell far below those expectations. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and ensures proper cleanliness standards...
