Kanha Restaurant — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I do not want to share this but the employee's poor behavior encouraged me to share this with you

Today I went with my mother to Kanha located at Gaurav Tower.(My first visit was better than today's visit)

There I sat my mother on the chair and stood at the counter to order, only a couple ahead of me were ordering at the counter, another girl came after me, after taking the order of that couple, the cash counter staff asked for the order (my order number was, but i didn't say anything)👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 from the girl who came after me.

After the order of that girl, order was taken from me, I should order two lassi (today is my fast and my mother's fast).We finished our lassi and went to the ground floor.From the ground floor also we had to get brownies, muffins, sweet bread, pastries, snacks. After buying this, we started going back, then my mother said that I should get the dahi bade packed too.

Now I went back to the first floor and stood at the cash counter as before and waited for my turn.

That floor manager was also standing👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏, the cash counter staff was already taking orders from a person, saying that person's bill of 7000 rupees. That person gave 5000 cash (500 notes)

This time again a girl came in the middle and then the staff of that cash counter took her order(my order number was, but i didn't say anything👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏). After that the cash counter staff made the first person's bill and gave it to him.Now two more boys came and that employee took orders from both of those boys.

Now there was no customer other than me at the cash counter, so that employee had to take orders from me under compulsion and I placed the order.

When I complained about this, instead of saying sorry, he started making excuses to me that his bill was high. Two more customers who came after me also took orders from them, he did not say anything about them and left from...

Kanha is located in C scheme of Jaipur, one of the first upscale colonies of Jaipur. This restaurant is enlarged version of lower middle class eating joint. Poor hygiene, very cheap quality furniture to sit, food is served in cheap plastic plates and cups. You get water in plastic glasses as well. The restaurant has sweet shop on the ground floor, first floor is where you can sit and eat. You need to pay for the food first then you are required to pickup your dish from the counter and then take it to your table which you need to block else you would be standing with your food. The quantity served is below average, you can get extra quantity of curry on request. The food server would often miss out some of the items in the food offerings hence if you are not aware of list of food items in your ordered dish it’s your bad luck. The food quality is above average. The food prices displayed near the payment counter is without taxes. Hence you would be actually paying more than displayed prices. The price of food is very high,in fact you are paying prices of an upscale restaurant for a below average joint. The menu spread is usual and there is nothing unique this place offers to its diners.
