Pizza World in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, is a complete disaster! We 4 friends went there on Dhanteras, excited for a nice lunch, but what a horrible experience. The first starter we tried was SMELLING stale—absolutely revolting! When we complained to the manager, he actually tasted it himself and had the nerve to say it was ‘fine’ and that it was just a ‘minor smell’ because it was a day old. A DAY OLD?! Since when is it okay to serve food that's not fresh and then expect customers to pay for it? We told him we weren’t going to eat it, and instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he demanded we pay ₹150 each just for trying it! We tried to negotiate, saying we’d pay ₹100, but he refused, forcing us to pay the full amount for stale, nasty food.

To everyone thinking of trying Pizza World Malviya Nagar: SAVE YOUR MONEY. They serve stale food and don’t care about their customers. If they’re fine with serving spoiled food, how can anyone trust them? Absolutely...

It's an old outlet located in GT shopping area of malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

They actually need to work on their menu & service part which is century old now.

Some important points which you would like to consider while visiting the outlet are-:

They don't refill their buffet if you visit them after 9 pm, so do visit before 9 if you want to enjoy your meal.

Pizzas which they serve are not of good quality, they seem to be made by an average chef.

Parking is a problem at their outlet if you are having a four wheeler.

They have placed a board at their entrance that unlimited platter is available at Rs 125 whereas in actual it will cost you for Rs 250.
