I have been a regular customer for more than 5 years here.

But for the past few times I've seen that they have reduced food quality drastically.

The preparation used to be fresh and tasty earlier but now they probably started using packed foods as the quality change is visible.

Yesterday itself, I went with my family for dinner. We ordered Honey Chilly Potato (It was horrific, so chewy and frozen from the inside, CHIMDAYLA we call it), we ignored it for the time that things happen.

We ordered spring roll, which was absolutely raw. One could tell it was a deep frozen 5 minutes ago and not even reheated properly. When I complained to the staff, they were adamant that it's fresh, and much was sold since morning but I was the first one to complain. I asked him to taste it himself which he denied and said he'd just remove it from the bill.

We finally ordered Veg Kebab Platter. From raw foods to overburnt food, we say what you'd say JALA HUA KHANA. I know what a barbecue is, and earlier they were very good at it. But past few times it has been a neglecting experience.

A restaurant is a business but it doesn't mean you're allowed to serve anything to the customer and take no accountability.

You guys were very good before COVID, but post pandemic I'm horrified and am sure will NEVER be visiting AGAIN!

Serve fresh food for what you're charging. Or atleast better cooking techniques. You're not a cheap restaurant or mediocre even.
