Out for an evening meal, being on an organised tour, I didn’t experience the guest house aspect of this establishment but from what I saw, I would not hesitate to try it||||Scrupulously clean, Nokha House is an oasis of calm in a manic world. It turned out that both dishes were excellent, as was the remainder of the food.||||The wafer-thin poppadoms had been made on the family farm that afternoon, the rest of the food having been cooked in the family kitchen.||||It should have been impossible to please so may people but, like Goldilocks porridge, the food was neither ‘too spicy’ nor ‘not spicy enough’ but ‘just right’.||||Our host’s mother put in a brief appearance and It was easy to see from whom he had received his graciousness and his sense of humour.||||I don’t hesitate to recommend the quality of the Nokha House experience.||||Nokha House is 1.5 km from the Jaipur railway station, 2 km from the city bus stand and 13 km...
