Aloha Candlelight Dinner Restaurant — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I recently visited Aloha Candle Light Dinner with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a noticeable lack of organization and professionalism. The staff seemed overwhelmed and more focused on their own conversations than on assisting customers.

Unfortunately, this mismanagement extended to how my issues were handled. I attempted to address a simple question about my order, only to be met with dismissive and arrogant behavior. It felt as though I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Their apparent disregard for basic customer service principles left me feeling unappreciated and frustrated.

While I understand that any business can have off days, the persistent atmosphere of arrogance and mismanagement makes it hard for me to recommend Aloha Candle Night Dinner. Customer service is essential, and it was hugely lacking here. I hope they take steps to improve, but for now, I will be seeking my...

Visited it today... Had a nice time over here.. they take full payment(rs3500 per couple) beforehand (well thats not a problem) and then assign a server.. Our server was Mr Rajesh Sharma who did his part well.. he took us to the rooftop (4th floor) and clicked nice pictures for us on our mobile. However, as i have mentioned the service was great and atmosphere was good (a bit turn down as it didnt have good view and not any live music), but however the quality of food, the taste, cooking was dismal. Neither of the veg and non veg options were good in taste. Infact, we personally didn't find even one good food item in the much talked and highly reviewed seven course meal. Maybe it would be a bad day in the kitchen but i think that's highly improbable..

having said that, my verdict, for the amount that i paid, i could have definitely found a much better and tastier food in Jaipur with vomparable ambience..
