Haveli Cafe - Jaipur Candle Light Dinner — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

What I experienced was horrific. I went to celebrate my friend's birthday. I checked the information on Google for menu and location and all. 99% of the dishes mentioned in the menu were not available. We had to make do with coke. The pasta was already prepared because it was served in 5 minutes. And the worst thing is that the receptionist refused to use the poppers. We tried to convince them that we cut cake in the open area, but he refused to let us do it because there was no staff available for cleaning. If there is no manpower for services then it is not known for what purpose service tax was taken. They ruined our precious day. I have celebrated birthdays in many restaurants and banquets in Jaipur but I never expected such an experience in the name of hospitality in Jaipur. worst👎worst. I will never recommend anyone. कभी नहीं जाना हवेली पे ❌ i recorded all these but not posting because of some privacy but I want to say to the owner of that restaurant or may be head of it allow your staff to be hospitable otherwise...

The reviews and ratings on this cafe are misleading.

This is actually a not so well-maintained heritage hotel.... And they seem to have a tie up with travel agencies that are bringing in foreign tourists.

When we entered the cafe, we were disappointed with the state of the place. Just seemed dark and depressing. Better maintenance is needed to bring it at par with it's prices and ratings.

There were barely 4-5 people in the cafe, and lots of mosquitoes. When we complained, they switched on mosquito repellant.

The service isn't bad. They're quick and polite. The food is OK as well, but the overall experience, interiors, decor are not worth it.

They did not offer any dip with cuban cigars, just tomatoe sauce. They didn't even know what penne or spaghetti means. The Caffè frappe was served in very small glasses with very thin plastic straws. Such presentation can be expected from a low cost roadside cafe, and this cafe isn't low...

Just had an awful experience at this cafe.. they refuse to serve saying it will take 45mins to 1hr to serve. When we said ok we have time , time is not an issue as we are tourist.

But then they gave us the menu card n said jaldi bolo order.. their behaviour is the worst.. When we said we need time to decide he left angrily. Then the manager came n said cafe menu le lo.. dinner late hoga.. that was the time we had enough. If this is how you treat tourist we don't even think about staying at your...
