This review is for both, public as well as for owner of this resturant.
Positive : 1. No parking issue, as there is valvet parking.
Warm welcome at reception. I liked the Buddha statue and mini hawa mahal. You can have a lot of selfies and photos here 😎😎
Dinning space are good, clean and too much spacious.
Food is great and tasty. You will be in love with the food.
Staff are too cooperative and ready to help your anytime . All you need is to ask them once for help and your work will be done within seconds.
6: there is small area for kids play for which you need to pay extra.
Negative:
1.This is the biggest negative point of this resturant and owner should take it seriously.
We were the group of 15 people and none of us like the sofa which was there for sitting. Chairs are good and you can easily reach table and your plate while on chairs but sofas are just pathetic. Their sitting is too low. While eating, forget about the comfort, I bet your stomach start paining as you have sitted to low. You can't Evan reach your plate. If resturant owner reading this comment, plz change those sofas. They are next to worst. Sell them on olx and buy new pair 😂. ( I am talking about the sofas that are kept on lawn dinning area at the middle of resturant under that big round shade. It was of brown colour and of some netted plastic material).
2.No doubt their washrooms are great and very clean but the way outside bathrooms "Mens" and "Ladies" are written are just pathetic. Actually they tried to make a little unique but believe me, your parents can't even read it as it's in some different font. Forget about grandparents. They will definitely enter in wrong place if someone don't escort them. Only youngster can understand.
So they should also put a small board written boldly and clearly.
Plz plz, it's my request. Make the game parlour for kids free. You too know that kids gets attracted to all this things, and this attraction will directly increase your business as kids ask their parents to visit Gulabi nagri everyweekend. If its not possible, you can even give some free coupons or voucher to kids according to the bill they paid which can be used by them in game parlour next time they visited gulabi nagri. This will attract more and more kids and parents too. Its like a market strategy.
i have shared everything and all my experience. I hope this will help public as well as owner of this resturant. I am not giving them 4 stars and that 1 star that I cutted if for that sofas. Plz...
Read moreI recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Despite its reputation and high prices, the quality and quantity of the food were extremely underwhelming.
To begin with, the dishes were astonishingly bland. I had high expectations for flavor and creativity, but each bite lacked any discernible taste. It felt as though the chef had forgotten to add the essential ingredients that would have elevated the dishes to something memorable. It was truly disappointing to pay such exorbitant prices for such flavorless offerings.
Adding insult to injury, the portion sizes were laughably small. I understand that some restaurants focus on quality over quantity, but this was simply unacceptable. I left the establishment feeling hungry and unsatisfied, forced to spend additional money elsewhere to fulfill my appetite.
Moreover, the overall dining experience fell short of expectations. The service was lackluster, with inattentive staff members who seemed disinterested in providing a satisfactory experience. The ambiance, touted as elegant and inviting, felt sterile and lacked any warmth or character.
Considering the steep prices charged, I expected a culinary journey that would leave me impressed and content. Unfortunately, I left feeling disillusioned and regretful for choosing to dine there.
I cannot recommend to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. The combination of high prices, flavorless food, minuscule portions, and lackluster service make it an establishment that fails to live up to...
Read moreI don't even know where to start with this place. I went because of the reviews. It did not meet my expectations at all, whatsoever. The food was just ok, not memorable. What did leave a negative impression, however, was the service. When we arrived, there was a man there that seemed like the manager. We asked our server for extra lemons. We are the ones paying our bill but when the server passed the manager with the small bowl of sliced lemons he was stopped. That guy then proceeded to touch the lemons with his bare hands as though he were counting them and as though he were invisible to us. The server then left and returned with a bowl that was half peppers and half lemons. Totally not what we asked for. So, the peppers, of course, went to waste for all his efforts at trying to count food items. Anyway, while he was in there, the service was terrible and the staff was not inviting at all. When he finally left the staff seemed much more relaxed and they were very courteous and welcoming. Basically, whoever that guy is is ruining dinner experiences with his lack of congeniality. We won't be back. BTW, I gave this one star restaurant two stars because of the...
