OYO 15242 Hotel Rathi Palace — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

It's an average hotel. Rooms are small & very compact though geyser is available 24hr. Commode system toilet is an advantage. Complimentary breakfast is available but quite uncertain---it depends on the whims of the hotel manager/owner. For example at Rs.1000/- per night stay we got complimentary breakfast but on our return from Jodhpur we were denied of that facility though we paid Rs.1500/- per night. The owner is unscrupulous. He generated a bill by putting Rs.1300/- as room rent, then added GST and SGST. When the total came out to be Rs.1456, he refused to pay me the balance Rs.44/- . As I raised a question on this issue, the owner generated a new bill by changing the room rent to Rs.1344/-......an instant duplicacy on the spot.......I disliked their honesty & transparency.... So the future boarders should be aware of this kind of transaction..... They were not customer friendly....Tourists, sometimes, need the help of the hotel owner &...

First the room: a little bit grubby and sheets not fresh as evidenced by the child's drawing on them... And very noisey with major bus terminus outside. No wifi provided at all. But bed's were comfy and hot water worked (bucket shower).||||The people, however, are what makes this our worst stay in India. They were rude, stand-offishness and completely unhelpful for our whole stay. We tried to build some rapport by having a chat and a joke with them but every time got sneered at and treated with complete disregard. At check out we asked if we could store our luggage until our train that evening but got a flat 'no' with no apology or explanation. Didn't receive a single 'namaste', 'hello', 'good morning' etc for whole stay, for that matter.||||Don't stay here, unless you enjoy being treated like a piece of dirt...

Ot's my fault to not obey the taxi driver, he said me that don't go to that hotel that was wrost but I go that was my biggest fault. Let me intro it's fault firstly the hotel receptionist was very rude. If u ask something to him he gave an opp. Ans. second he said he has ac dormitary but the fact was that the ac run only after 10pm till 5am only and the bathroom was very very dirty and I say to clean and he gave me -ve ans. U know his bed was double setting and it was very bad & u can't get comfortable and the drinking water was smell like bleaching. Thirdly the most seriously cause was that in his bed tiny insect (khatmal) was alot. And in his drower no any locker and rat was found. I think that was serious problem so I tell u all. So please guys don't go to that hotel at any cost. But u go then ask some...
