We booked 3 room for 2 days, 1 Room for Double occupancy 2 Rooms for Triple occupancy

They said we can’t give you extra mattresses in triple occupancy rooms you have to sleep on sofa, After arguing half n hour they said okay will give you mattresses but you have to pay extra for mattresses, but why I’ll pay extra when I had already paid for triple occupancy’s, this is first issue second issue is they gave us a room which is for double occupancy. after we sleep on the bed, bed broke out and when we said that your bed is broke in night then they said it’s normal thing sir it can be happen anywhere so this is the way to handle there drop backs, thirdly we ask for vehicle for drop us in 2 km radius then they ask Rs. 400/- +GST, this is a 4star hotel as they claimed but even a three star hotel is offering a cab free of cost for local sightseeing , fourthly we added breakfast in our package but that was our biggest mistake. they have short staff, if you ask for anything in food so u have to wait like half n hour they don’t have any proper preparations for breakfast when we ask them why it’s taking too long time for anything then they said. sir we dont have enough staff. This is a very dumb hotel and staff is very unprofessional At the time of checkout they ask to give our feedback and I said them please don’t ask any feedback I’ll give my feedback online then they said sir sorry for inconvenience And Then they offering us free cab and lunch for our next visit. Seriously… Can you imagine what is the status of this hotel I’ll give...

we had booked 3 rooms for 2 night at this property with breakfast included of 27K rupee but we didn't get such type of hospitality in this property. we had checked in 12:00 at midnight on 12th of April n we had already informed the front office person named "Mr.Rahul". that due train late we are checked in late for the first day and i had already informed to Rahul plz arranged the cold breakfast at morning at 6:30 because due to Navratri rush we need to start our yatra before time. but at the morning they refused to give Cold breakfast and we need to start our yatra without having Breakfast is this they treat their guest? they say we didn't have any confirmation for the cold breakfast. Secondly our 1 room is with triple occupancy they didn't even arrange extra bed in that room after we have informed earlier to Mr. Rahul the Front office person. Next day I have called hotel staff Miss. Babita to plz arrange some food for us because we didn't get the breakfast at the morning after we paid all the amount before check-in. they continuous saying for 6 hrs that our manager is in the meeting when he will come we will inform you. Is this the IHG works n reply to their guest ? I need my full refund of my First day breakfast and the extra bed for all two day. Our Overall experience in this property was extremely very bad at all. we have never treated like this...
