Hotel is just opposite the railway station. Location is good. The lobby of the hotel was looking good but not well maintain. Room:2 No of people:6 Room: 205 where I stayed with my family was a horrendous room. The ac was placed on the floor and was blocked my the bed. I wonder who will place the AC on the floor. Room was not getting cold. We ask for change they show is a room that's even more horrible with no guarantee of ac working or not. Room service: in my experience the room service staffs were very polite and nice. Housekeeping: good Staff with good attitude. Restaurant: staffs were good. Food was actually good. Loved whatever we ordered.
Operation staff: very bad. The general manager mr Rajender has to know how to handle customer. He is not at all polite. 2 Two incident that I think he is not fit to be a general manager. 1st incident, after a long tiring walk from the shrine, my sister came to the hotel first because of her 6 years old child was crying. They were sleeping in the lobby because the general manager refused to open the room with the masterkey. He rather have the guest sleeping in the lobby. The told my sister that he will not open the door with master key, you have to wait..you should carry your keys with you. I think he shouldn't have spoken this way. 2nd incident: that was today afternoon, 12th June 2025, we requested him to extend the room till 2 pm since our train was at 3 and we have a autistic child with us. He refused to extend the room and told us rules is rules, check out is at 12 noon! I mean come on, as a general manager he has to have an accommodative attitude and understanding. We are not asking for both rooms extended, only 1 if possible yet he refused and raised his voice to us. I'll never recommend any of my friends to stay in this property with this kind of service for a general manager that is not at all guest friendly. The front office manager a lady with great smile were ready to accommodate our request he shouted at her saying "went I'm talking you don't talk". Maybe the property is not bothered of having repeated guest! They show their colour on the first visit itself that you don't have to revisit them. I stayed there along with my family for 1 day and 1 night No electricity: there was only one tiny light in working condition in my room. All the switches inside room were not working so I had to charge my mobile battery at reception every time. I complained this multiple time at reception but they paid no heed. T V was a just showpiece because of above mentioned fact. Internet: Wifi connectivity was very poor in room and we had to go to reception for it every time. Toiletries: No towels , no hand wash , no soaps. Hot water: They mentioned hot water is 24*7 but they switched it offed during morning and I had to call at reception for it. After a while they turned it on but water was only mild hot. Cab : I booked one cab with them to visit patni top to see snow and they charged exorbitant price. Driver was on mute mode during whole journey and only opened his mouth at patni top to ask more money to go further up (nattha top) as there was no snow at patni top. I think driver was already aware about this fact and was just waiting for it turn to ask money. He charged me extra 800 rs for just 20 km extra. Initially while booking cab manager told me they pay salary to driver and it's their cab but later driver told me they took commission of 500 rs from him and wanted extra share on 800 rs. Free pickup drop service: Driver will stop you at a shop to get prasad and other stuff . Shop owner will charge you high price almost double the rates you get the things at trust shop. Beware of these fraudsters.

Rude Staff: From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Any questions or requests were met with curt and dismissive responses. It felt as if I was an inconvenience rather than a guest.
Scamming Customers: The hotel has a disturbing practice of overcharging guests at checkout. They added several unnecessary charges to my bill. When I questioned these charges, the staff became aggressive and threatening. It's clear that they are trying to scam customers out of extra money.
Poor Quality Food: The food served at the hotel was far below acceptable standards. It was poorly prepared and lacked any flavor or freshness. To make matters worse, the utensils provided were not properly washed, adding to the overall unhygienic conditions.
Better Options Available: Given the high tariffs charged, one would expect a much better experience. Unfortunately, the service and quality at this hotel do not justify the cost. There are numerous other hotels in the same price range that offer far superior service...
