Hotel Burj — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

I got a chance to stay here for 5 days as I had booked from Fortune travels , Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad.. It was one of the pathetic experience here. Fortune told us it as a 3 star hotel but it's not even 2 star. No soaps, shampoos, tissue papers in washroom.... Daily menu for breakfast was only Puri bhaji aur chole. In night meals, same menu was served until I complained to Sanjay Patel from fortune. Dinner was with repeated curries daily Morning bed tea was served at 7.30 am after repeated requests. Room cleaning and bedsheet change was also done after request only After I complained Fortune owner, he got irritated and then blocked me and blacked car driver for provoking us against hotel. Car facility was also substandard. I will recommend to go with standard companies for traveling. These chiller travellers commit false and loot customers like anything. The most Pathetic Hotel that I have seen or stayed in is Hotel Burj, Srinagar. We stayed here for 2 nights and here I describe the stay point wise below...

1. On arrival the Staff was not at all welcoming and no assistance for luggage as well. Also they were very rude at the reception while talking to tourists.
2. Coming to the rooms. The rooms were very small untidy. There were stains on the bedsheets and bathrooms were also not clean. No towels provided. No toiletries provided. No water provided. Service was terrible.
3. The Food. Restaurant staff was the worst. There was a guy named Riaz a waiter and he was so rude with us as if he didn't wanted us to be there. Also the manager at the restaurant was rude. The food quality was very poor breakfast was pathetic. Dinner was more nasty, stale. I don't have more words to describe this hotel. If there were 0 stars I would have given that. I would request not to stay...
