Disappointing Experience: Mutton Fried Rice cooked in the same oil as fish.
As an individual who doesn't eat fish, I recently accompanied my family to a restaurant that catered to their preferences. Hoping to enjoy a satisfactory meal, I ordered the mutton fried rice. Unfortunately, my experience took an unfortunate turn when I discovered that the dish was cooked in the same oil used for fish preparation. This significantly impacted my appetite and overall enjoyment
Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was optimistic about finding something delicious on the menu that would suit my personal tastes. Despite my apprehension towards seafood, my family members were eager to indulge in the various fish dishes offered. To my surprise, the menu contained a selection of mutton specialties, and I decided to give the mutton fried rice a try. As someone who doesn't consume fish and assembled high expectations for the mutton fried rice, being served a dish cooked in the same oil as fish was immensely disappointing. It not only affected the flavor and aroma of the dish but also impacted my overall dining experience. I would strongly advise this restaurant to pay attention to such crucial details in their cooking procedures to provide an inclusive and enjoyable experience for all...

Situated on the top floor, it gives a nice view of the fort up on a hill and also a Gurudwara on the other side. A cable car service is just next door to this premise. There are a few seating choices available here. Table seated or floor seating, up to you. There's also a few tables for outdoor seating. Reminder: orders take time to be prepared, do expect some delay and/or orders that were forgotten. Service is a bit slow, perhaps due to Ramzan. Sadly, pizza was not available at the time of visit. The ambiance is so soothing with the right kind of lights and decorations. The food was indeed delicious and worth the visit. There's also Indian food in the menu, not just trout. The only concern from my end was the hand washing area and toilets. A beautiful restaurant such as this can do better to improve the cleanliness and necessary items such as hand soap and tissues are readily available...
