Fantastic Experience. Lobby is one of a kind. Staff hospitality was on show from the time we checked in. We were also given a free upgrade to the palace as a milestone was being celebrated. Recreational facilities are very modern and Staff are on the ball when it comes to maintaining them. Excellent pool facility. Rooms are top notch and housekeeping is of a very high standard. No faults can be given. The employees make this a great place to stay desp ite the excellent location and lovely, clean accomm odations. Everyone here is really nice and hospitabl e. The hotel was fantastic, and the location is unbea table! Our room was generously sized, with lovely vi ews, and the staff provided us with excellent servic e and warmth . I loved the daily breakfast service, a nd our room had all the amenities I could ask for! Wi thout a doubt, when we go back, we'll stay another night.Its very hard to say anything negative about this outstanding hotel. To avoid strings of superlatives, lets say this is one of those hotels that you will really remember. Don't choose it if you like contemporary style and the latest gadgets. Choose it for its uniqueness. It was an amazingly good stay at Hotel Shivalik Hills, It was an official visit to Jammu and the Hotel is just few steps away from Jammu Railway Station. ||It is newly constructed property with state of the art facilities like well furnished rooms, 24/7 hot/cold water, power back-up, the quality of the rooms was outstandingly superb and the food served was very hygienic and make you feel at home.||The staff was very supportive precisely the management, the owners of the property have been very co-operative, well mannered and possess in-depth knowledge as how to extend the hospitality.
