This review is for kaffberry bahu plaza .
It is very sad that rather than accepting mistake in their order (gave normal chocolate sauce instead of nutella hazelnut sauce) and correcting it , the staff forced us to accept whatever they gave and to eat it. They even imposed that customer has wrong knowledge about nutella and said that it does not have hazelnuts 🤦♂️.
Had ordered hot chocolate ( was cheap quality with excessive large sugar grains ), nutella sauce with churros( got normal chocolate sauce with churros instead which we very politely asked to replace), san sebastian cheesecake( was not at all fresh, felt like it was 2-3 days old ) at least.
When simple and polite request of replacing chocolate sauce was asked , as it was of a different flavour, a huge issue was created where first the waiting staff came, harassed us, then manager called executive chef who then came and HARASSED us and forcefully imposed on us that they were right , and said we had no knowledge about nutella . WE NEVER EVEN ASKED THEM TO CALL THE EXECUTIVE CHEF. They asked us to eat whatever sauce was provided and that it would not be replaced. The sauce was given in a very small bowl( 10-15 ml hardly). It wasnt even a big deal to replace it. THE WAITER EVEN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY AND CAME TO SAY THAT THE EXECUTIVE CHEF WONT LIE ABOUT THE SAUCE AND THAT WE ARE LYING and came back with same small bowl.
EXTREMELY RUDE and CONDESCENDING.
THE MOOD WAS COMPLETELY SPOILT for a special day.
Will never ever come to kaffberry again. Will tell as many people as possible to not go to kaffberry .
Very bad experience in terms of staff behaviour. Nothing short of customer HARASSMENT when asked for simple replacement .
Go at you own risk. You have been warned
Maybe they forget that customers pay and dont come to eat for free.
THE STAFF AS WELL AS EXECUTIVE CHEF'S ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER NEEDS TO IMPROVE DRASTICALLY.
Not one item tasted GOOD. It was not worth 100 rupees even . EXCESSIVE SUGAR OVERPOWERING ALL OTHER FLAVOURS.We ate very reluctantly for the sole purpose that food doesnt get wasted.
P.S -OVERPRICED. OVERHYPED . NOT FRESH. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. . NOT WORTH IT.
DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL DAY. THEY WILL MAKE SURE TO RUIN IT.
THEY WILL HARASS YOU TILL THEY TRAUMATISE YOU AND DESTROY YOUR WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
IF YOU HAVE GREIVANCE THEY WILL HARASS YOU TILL YOU SAY THAT YOU ARE WRONG.
PLEASE go to some local pastry or confectionary shop than have bakery items from here.
Just interiors are well painted. That is all.
DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY PLEASE.
Attached is my proof of being a customer here , on the instance that they accuse me of not being one . I wouldnt put anything past these UNPROFESSIONAL AND...

I recently visited Kaffberry Gandhi Nagar with high hopes of finding a delicious cake for a special occasion. Unfortunately, my experience at this bakery left much to be desired, and I must express my disappointment with the cake I purchased.
First and foremost, the appearance of the cake was a letdown. It lacked the beautiful, intricate design that was promised when I placed my order. The frosting was unevenly spread, and there were visible smudges and imperfections. It seemed as if no effort had been put into making it visually appealing.
As for the taste, it was equally disappointing. The cake itself was dry and lacked any hint of freshness. It felt like it had been sitting on a shelf for far too long. The promised flavors were barely discernible, and the overall taste was bland and unappetizing. The sponge lacked the moistness that is essential for an enjoyable cake-eating experience.
To make matters worse, the frosting was excessively sweet, overpowering any other flavors that might have been present in the cake. It left an unpleasant sugary aftertaste that lingered in my mouth long after I had finished eating. It was evident that the bakery had prioritized quantity over quality when it came to the frosting.
The customer service at Kaffberry Gandhi Nagar was another disappointment. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged. When I expressed my concerns about the cake's appearance and taste, they showed no genuine concern or willingness to address the issues. Their lack of empathy and professionalism added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience.
Considering the high prices charged by Kaffberry, I expected a much better product and service. I have had far superior cakes from other bakeries at a fraction of the cost. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on a subpar cake that fails to meet even the most basic expectations.
In conclusion, my visit to Kaffberry Gandhi Nagar was nothing short of a disappointment. The cake's unappealing appearance, lackluster taste, and poor customer service have left me with a negative impression. I would not recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a...
Read moreI recently ordered a hamper (Box of happiness) using Swiggy app, and I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. The restaurant is misleading customers by selling hampers online for ₹2160, which contain items worth only ₹700. When you place the order, you are unaware of this scam, but once the hamper is delivered, the reality hits hard. The contents of the hamper were far below expectations, both in terms of quality and quantity. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I regret spending my money on it. This experience has left me feeling cheated, and I will definitely not be ordering from them again. Despite feedback from customers, it appears that the management doesn’t care about these reviews. This lack of concern for customer satisfaction is truly disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering hampers from Kaffberry to prevent similar...
