The rooms are not that clean and the overall size of the room is also small as compared to the price they charge.

The toilets taps are leaking and there's a lack of enough hot water.

Although the staff was polite with us, the were very adamant about their pricing.

They also have their own tours and travels and although a little over priced, it worked quite well for us.We booked a tour of 7 Shakti Peeths in Haryana, they took 2 days for the trip without any issues.

It would be better if they could improve their services, as there is a great hotel near them "Maha Mai". We only entered this hotel because that hotel was full and we didn't have a place to go.

They Cheated us. We had done our booking via booking.com. A week before our travel I had called and confirmed with them with regards to my booking. However, Our request through booking.com was not honoured. The hotel guy told us the hotel is full and tried to sell us another room in another property at a much higher rate. Our train reached Katra at midnight and We had to look for another hotel at last moment. The guy on phone was shameless enough to accept that the deal we got on booking.com was too low and he wants to encash on the huge rush of people at Vaishno Devi. STAY AWAY FROM...

It was the worst experience. The prices were pretty high compared to what was offered. The rooms and washrooms were dirty. The tv was not working. There was no phone inside the room so you have to go to reception for everything. There were pests all over the room and when we told them about it they said there's nothing they can do. The mattresses were dirty. It was overall the worst. There are many better hotels nearby please look for...
