While the food quality at this Sagar Ratna outlet was acceptable, it fell short when compared to the standards set by other branches of the same chain in different cities. It didn't quite capture the essence that makes Sagar Ratna renowned.

One notable downside was the delayed service, causing an inconvenience during our dining experience. The tardiness affected the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Sagar Ratna what has happened to you?? Pleasee keep your south indian staff here as its pitiful sight!!!! 1. Beware of people wearing ties at Sagar Ratna, AMR in Katra! They call themselves Managers and are clueless about their duties and customer service to the extent of being arrogant and rude with customers to the core of raising their voice even though they know they are at fault and cannot stop giggling and mocking at their own customers. 2. No one to attend guests you need grab a seat yourself 3. No one will serve you water you need to make them realize of the time spent with no water around. 4. Asked Manager to get the sambhar he passed it on to waiter no one delivered and realized when bill was being paid and Manager said to leave it no need to serve. 5. Post bill was paid and we were getting ready to leave someone arrived with sambhar not sure for whom because we were already paying the bill. They have just bought the franchise of Sagar Ratna, but the food quality and the service is terrible, they are just sitting here ruining the image of Sagar Ratna. Sagar Ratna, should be mainly focused around South Indian cuisines and they are the worst. They weren't even able to Manage the crowd (which wasn't even that huge, just normal), they were serving even the coffee and tea so late, that our neighbouring customers just left without even getting the tea they ordered We ordered Dosa's and they were soaked in oil as if deep fried, we even ordered Curd Rice, in which the rice was just normal and leftovers from the last day, which were served cold, just soaked in curd and...
