Jij Guest House — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

I have visited the restaurant on 24th evening at 2030 hrs we ordered 4 Thali's. I have given INR 520 inthe denomination of 2002+1001+10*2 =(520. However after 2 minutes I realized that change could help me in train travel hence I asked to the receptionist at food counter to take the note of 500 & return me the change amount. He refused straight away then I had asked him to give me 2 water bottle & given 500 rupee for which he immidiately changed the money.||||I had told him I'll complain for the same then he reverted go and complain whereever you want my brotheris murderer.||||Dont sit down to Chandeliers seems they are never cleaned after opening from 2014. It was full cobweb. ||||Food was pathetic in taste due to which my family had to face upset stomach.||||Not at all recommended.||||Kindest Regards...

The hotel location which is nearby restaurants and public transport, open space of living room which gives big for kid to move around.|It was a nice experienced staying there. The hotel staffs are very helpful, not much variety for breakfast but good quality of food served. The hotel location is in downtown and in the safe area knowing that I'm traveling alone with a toddler which is the safety and comfort are my priority, but doesn't have much street light at night for the safety reason. Don't book a room in Jij hotel. Staffs behaviour is very rude specially in block A. When I reached Katra then they said ac room price is 1200 but when I returned after darshan they said non ac room price is 1200. They know very well a tired person surely want to rest so they do like this. Staffs are so rude like that they do favour on you providing room. No room clean in two days stay,no any staff help you to shift luggage.when I complained this they said 2000 rs room these facilities are available. In some rooms ac is not working.
