OYO 16066 Chinar Comforts — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

Have pathetic experience for just a night stay in Srinagar. Room was booked from make my trip as oyo room for three adult occupants.Room was so small that can hardly accommodate two adults. In response to this the hotel offered a mattress on the floor for the third occupant which was not accepted from my side as I have opted a room for three adults and paid for the same. Even if the mattress was laid on the floor the entry to the toilet will be totally blocked. The matter was conveyed to the hotel and to oyoroom customer care and they denied any response to my concern by stating that the room was provided as per their policy and they have nothing to do in this matter. My entire family including my 1 year old infant had to wait for more than 45 mins in the reception area after the entire day long journey in the kashmir valley. The oyoroom customer care response was total disgusting as they denied any assistance in this matter. The hotel was asking an amount of Rs 500 for a large size room in addition to my paid amount. As I was feeling helpless with my family and seating idle in the reception will not sort out the matter I choose to pay the extra amount as asked by the hotel. After entering to the room I asked for hot water in the toilet for freshening up but the hotel manager told that hot water will only be provided in the morning. They show rigidness and stubborn attitude regarding that. Then I decided to convey the entire matter to make my trip. The mmt representative quickly take on the matter and called up the hotel manager to sort out the issue. Then I was informed that the extra amount being charged is being waived off and all the basic amenities like hot water in the toilet will be provided immediately. Thums up for make my trip for their excellent customer friendly support system and my gratitude to mmt for that.
