Hotel Kalatit International — Hotel in Jamnagar

we kept a engagement ceremony at banquet hall of hotel kalatit international jamnagar on 17/04/2022. Before booking they keep promising for excellent service but on the day of function they started drama No rooms provided for Bride & Groom where as at the time of hall booking they promised to provide 2 rooms. the height of the tragedy groom has to go to the common wash room during the ceremony and bride has to change the clothes in the store room. Air conditioning was not started at the time of function we latterly beg hotel management for the same after then they started but only in one phase till the function over we all tired of Hot summer. there is no parking fecality at the hotel all the guest have parked their vehicle outside on the road and to the bad luck toing van pick up the vehicle and our guest forced to pay heavy fine moreover vehicle got damaged. on asking for the parking they bluntly told park where you find place it is not our responsibility What a shame ?? people will surprise that they have constructed restaurant at parking place. To serve water and well come drinks we have to request repeatedly to the staff though they were resistant to serve what they told it is placed there go and drink there was no toiletry (soap) in the toilet. washbasins were overflowed no liquids soap for hand wash Hotel has a store room which entrance is from the banquet hall every 15 minutes some staff and waiter come to pick up items from store room this was our private function and every 15 minutes now & then there was outsiders roaming in the hall taking items in & out from the hall which making our function very disturbing. when we made complain their receptionist replied very rudely what they told do what we told otherwise leave the place., this was the real height as they know where they would go in between the function. they took bad advantage of the need of the customers. they are charging very high for each and every items though the service is very bad staff and owners behavior is very rude and bad. They even didn't respect the senior citizen and the organizer of the event. Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience

I recently visited a restaurant that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that the establishment lacked basic standards of service and cleanliness. The overall experience was far from what one would expect from an international restaurant.

Firstly, the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive, neglecting our requests and showing a lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, making it unbearable for us and resulting in uncomfortable sweating throughout our meal. It's disheartening to see such negligence towards basic amenities.

Moreover, the washrooms were in an appalling state. They were dirty, unkempt, and gave off a strong unpleasant odor. It was evident that proper hygiene was not a priority for the management, which is unacceptable in any dining establishment.

Parking was yet another challenge. The restaurant lacked sufficient parking space for four-wheelers, causing inconvenience and frustration for customers who arrived by car. This negligence further added to the overall disappointment of the experience.

Considering the subpar service, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate facilities, I cannot help but question the credibility of labeling this restaurant as an "international" establishment. It seems they are unable to meet even the basic expectations of local customers, let alone catering to an international clientele.

Overall, my visit to this restaurant was a complete letdown. I would strongly advise against dining here, as the poor service, inadequate amenities, and lack of cleanliness make it an unpleasant and unsatisfactory choice. There are certainly better dining options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold higher...

Better visit a roadside tapri than visit Kalatit.

The hotel is considered to be of a high standard but is actually not. Worst service, Rude and Disrespectful waiters.

While serving he spilled some gravy on our belongings which we ignored considering that mistakes happen. Later we were bodyshamed by the same waiter named Karan Kesi when we asked him to serve properly. We asked him to apologize multiple times but he chose to ignore and left. We immediately asked for the manager who wasn't available. Some other guy came and claimed to be the one in charge, we explained the situation to him. Both of them said meaningless Sorry all the while making faces. We later saw at the time of paying the bill that the same waiter was laughing and giggling abt the same incident with the other servers. Very Disrespectful behaviour which one does not expect from a hotel with the word international in their names. We had already told the incharge that we'll bring up the matter infront of the owner yet it didn't seem to have any effect on them. Which in turn shows the management doesn't care about training the staff nor takes any action for such behaviour...
