Hotel Kirti — Hotel in Jamnagar

They are cheater as they have booked the room for four i.e. family and when we entered the hotel and checked the room it was for two and maximum it can accomodate one child and not at all for four. We have booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip as they do not check the hotel's too before the agreement with hotel. So once we have booked Hotel and paid advance we are trapped. We only realise after going to hotel and seeing physically the rooms and arrangements. Even it seems rooms were not open since long as it was stinking. They have also accepted in front of us that room is not for four people, still they do not want to adjust and they want us to pay extra for the room which is little bigger and can accomodate four people. They told us that you have booked Non AC , Deluxe room and we cannot provide you AC rooms as you have not booked that and for Deluxe AC room you have to pay 800 per day. We requested them we don't want AC as it is not required, so please adjust. Still they were adamant. So we questioned MakeMyTrip coordinator why we should be penalized for booking the room through App and without seeing the rooms. You should arrange us the things as requested. But they are unable to compromise with hotel person and we have to pay one room rent without staying and shifted to Hotel President which is a class hotel, be it service, cleanliness, charges etc. We will recommend not to stay in Kirti Hotel and better to stay in Hotel...

I found a room in this hotel at a time when there was zero rooms available in Jamnagar due to RIL family function. It’s located in the midst of a busy small shopping center and doesn’t have any parking or major amenities like swimming pool, gym etc. the 3 things you look for was perfect 👌. Clean Bathrooms, Clean bed sheets and Decent food - zero complaints on these 3. The hotel as such is an old property needs a facelift and change of furnishings. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and will obliging. It’s the only “Eggetarian” hotel in this part of the city where you get Egg dishes in addition to the various vegetarian dishes.

Senior citizens will find it difficult if rooms are on the floor above the reception as there are no lifts above reception floor. The reception itself is on the 2nd floor.

We were in Jamnagar for a few days and we decided to stay at Hotel KRITI for our accommodation needs. Right from check-in to check-out, we enjoyed the entire stay and were grateful for the complimentary upgradation granted to us. Our experience would not have been as good if it were not for your efficient team of staff members.
