Very rude staff. Bill is served while having main course meal. We literally had to ask them to wait until we finish our food as we wanted to have a desert. How shameful it is for such a big hotel n restaurant n yet their staff don’t know how to be polite to their customers. Cleanliness is not maintained. There was a cockroach on our table. N a very strange rule is there, that they don’t serve punjabi food in cafesta but serve cafesta menu in restaurant. Whatever we ordered, continuously staff was telling us that they are gonna charge for it. As if we are eating for free🙄… They really need to train their staff how to be polite to their customers n how to serve them. N wait until we finish our food. Would never recommend such a place to anyone. Instead prefer saffron restaurant then wasting their time here.
