This park is surrounded by a lake known as ranmal lake(lakhota talab). A must place to visit if you visit jamnagar. There are nine entry gate. You can get entry by gate no 1,2,4,6,7,8,9 entry fee is Rs 10 for indian. There is a open auditorium near gate no 2 where you can enjoy laser show it is chargeable.There is a fort near gate no4 it is chargeable but must visit as it define the heritage.There are many jarokha where you can enjoy the nature. Greenary all where. In morning it is open for all with out any charge till 7amm. There is a park for children's too near gate no 6 it is not chargeable. A museum near gate 6 it is chargeable. A walking track of almost 2km.Best time to visit this lake is in morning or in evening. There is a open gym too. A perfect place to visit with your family. Well maintained, clean place. Outside food not allowed. Basic facilities like toilets, water hut available.

nicely build place. good to go for a walk. can find few birds if interested in photography. entry fee is Rs 10 however u have to pay separately for museum entry ie rs 25 per head and Rs 100 for camera. but you are not allowed to take pics inside it. If your planning not to click pics , then better keep it inside the vehicle or dont carry at all as they dont have any safe locker nor they will give any recept but will not allow to take pics also. sorry but since its Gujarat dont expect much swatch bharat here as u will find people spitting pan all over the place. and the water too is full of litter on all edges. seriously dont understand govt is spending so much on development but when will we develop. forget it's not a political platform to discuss all this. overall good place to visit

Here Middle of the lake You can find A palace of King which is also Looks Beautiful and Highly Luxrius and yes for kids you can find a Small Equarium. So Please Go and Visit this Place.

Ranmal lake is such a good name. This is center place of jamnagar. One of the best part is the Lakhota Palace. That palace is in center of the lake. Lakhota Palace is historical place in jamnagar. Very good atmosphere, culture. Around this lake, there is a very good place for enjoying. In the middle of the lake there is one statue of King Jam Ranmal. There is too much benches, exercise track for jogging, some equipment available. Palace is the historical place. Every years too many birds came in the lake from too far distance. Also there is near one another place that is Khambhaliya Gate. Also there is plenty of food stalls, restaurants, hotels.

Every time i have wonderful unique experience over this place. Its great place for hangouts , exercise , morning walks and bird watching. For outsiders , winter is the great season to visit this palace. Must spend time in those ancient balconies around the lake. It's all package here like one can do walks , visit museum , there is one aquarium also , parks for children , oldage people as well as for couples , there is food zone when everyone can grab some snacks and also there is a unique light and sound show. Different parks with all necessary equipments. I think its best place in the city. Outsiders must visit this place.
