Budget Bazaar - Janakpuri — Local services in Janakpuri

One of the best supermarket in Janakpuri. I have given it 4 stars because it's less spacious as compared to others and imported products related to cosmetics are unavailable here. Else it is a good supermarket in terms of pricing. This supermarket doesn't over charges the products (mostly new products) and always gives you free products, if any, that comes along with any of the product you are buying. The amazing part is I added so many products to my cart and when I was at the billing section, the guy over there asked me to get one more similar product as it was free along with that, he told me and so I grabbed one accordingly. But this kind of service wasn't seen at Manish Agencies- They have wider variety of products than Budget Bazaar - True. But their service is really poor. They will sell you products (new) at higher prices and will never notify you regarding the free items along with the product you purchased if you have missed them, saying it all from the personal experience. We always prefer to go to Budget Bazaar at...

Just adding to my earlier review after 2 years.. Things have not changed much... It is still one of the worst places to shop in Janak puri... Really poor shopping experience... Its dirty to begin with (as it always is) #, poorly managed display racks, least helpful staff... Poorly maintained... Today(June 11 2023), on such a hot day the air-conditioning was not working..

On top they Want to charge for carry bag.. Greedy owners.... There are other stores around which offer non polythene carry bags for free

Just that its in neighborhood probably is the only reason people go there. Anyone having a car, its much better to go to Reliance store in Vikaspuri, many times larger, better lit and better air-conditioned and much better choice of products... A much superior shopping experience with prices sometimes better than Budget or...

You may do a purchasing of about 15k-20k one time at this outlet. They will fool you by saying we have added your points which you can redeem later. Now the irony is when you will ask them the procedure for redemption they will first get irritated and show you that you are such at a low level to ask that, they they will show you some scanner and ask you to tackle it yourself. the thing is you may not redeem the points as per your policy but atleast don't make the customer feel that they have done such a huge mistake and make them feel so low and give them attitude and show irritatiom. If some one is doing a purchasing of about 15-20 k every 2 months you can imagine how many points it must be but even if you don't want to redeem, then dont fool the customer that you have such kind of a policy.
