I am a regular visitor to your café and have always enjoyed the great atmosphere and service. However, I wanted to share my recent experience, which was unfortunately quite disappointing.
During my last visit today, I ordered a hot Americano and a blueberry cheesecake. It took 30 minutes for my cheesecake to be served, which I found surprising as it just needed to be taken out from the fridge. Additionally, the Americano, which should have been hot, was served cold americano 🥺 When I requested to have my order packed due to the long wait, it took an additional 15-20 minutes. The cheesecake was packed warm, and the coffee was cold the order was incorrect. I also mentioned to the staff that I needed the items packed in a way that I could carry them on my scooter, but the packaging provided was not suitable for this.
It seems the new staff members are not yet familiar with the operations, and this led to several mistakes with my order. I suggest providing additional training to ensure they can handle orders correctly and efficiently.
I love your café and want to continue visiting. I hope my feedback can help improve the service so that others do not have a similar experience.

Read moreI had a very upsetting experience with this bakery recently. I ordered a 1 kg Chocolate Truffle Cake through Zomato for a special occasion. What I received was clearly not 1 kg—it looked like barely half a kg, and to make things worse, the cake was in a completely ruined condition.
The box was dented, and the cake looked smashed and messy—as if it had been handled without any care. It was embarrassing to even open it in front of guests.
I immediately raised the issue with Zomato support and uploaded clear photos of the damaged cake. But instead of resolving the matter, they kept asking for the “same image in clearer form” again and again. Eventually, they just closed the chat without offering any help or resolution. There is now no option to reopen the complaint, which is incredibly frustrating.
Out of desperation, I reached out to the bakery directly. Their response? “We can't do anything, talk to Zomato.” No apology, no assistance—just passing the blame.
This shows a complete lack of responsibility from both the cafe and Zomato. The product was not as described, it arrived in unacceptable condition, and no one was willing to fix the issue. Extremely poor service, zero accountability.

Read moreA nicely set up place with decent pricing. However, it overpromises on delivering a world-class cafe experience. At at the end of the day, it is very much stuck in the ‘West Delhi’ bubble. Flies hovering over my coffee, AC not working, the staff watching videos on their phone that are louder than the ambient music intended to keep the cafe vibe peaceful. They were hesitant to share their wifi even though they advertise wifi access on Google (they did provide it afterwards). The food was decent but the condiments (as advertised on their menu as accompaniments to the dish) were missing.
I’d very much like my review to be read by the owners because I wish to return here and see this place thrive. As a West Delhiite myself, I think it’s time my neighborhood unleashed its potential as a wonderful place. However, much will need to change at Bites and Brew...
