I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience during my stay at OYO Flagship The Royal Residency Inn. Despite making a reservation in advance, I was subjected to unprofessional behavior from the staff, including lengthy delays in providing me with a room and unjustified demands for additional payment. No electricity backup, people would die here in summer season. Room AC does not work plus no electricity is such a big disaster. People may die of heatstroke. Not family friendly. Unclean room, too many mosquitos, dirty towel, no soap, broken tv remote, untidy almirahs, reception doesn't attend to calls, pathetic room service. IT'S A SCAM, DON'T COME HERE EVER AT ANY COST, BETTER TO SLEEP ON FOOTPATH IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.
