I had a terrible experience at Sky Rozo, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations. They promised us a program from 9 PM to 12 AM, but food service began at 9 AM instead, which was completely confusing and misleading. Worse, after multiple requests from the bride, they only provided a DJ for 30 minutes at 11:30 PM, and it was mixed with the regular bar crowd. This made absolutely no sense, especially since they didn’t have a separate DJ for the event. If they couldn’t provide the service, why commit to it in the first place?

During the argument with the owner, the bride asked several key questions that they had no valid answers to, which just exposed their poor service and lack of professionalism. Some of the questions were:

"Did you not receive the full amount for the function?" — Clearly, they were aware of the payment, but still failed to deliver on what was promised.

"Why did you charge us for the DJ if you didn’t actually have one for the party?" — Despite multiple requests from the bride, their team directed us to a bar area, where there were regular public customers, not a private, family function like we had requested. It was more of a bachelor party vibe than a wedding.

"Why were you trying to sell us a fire gun instead of allowing us to use the party popper we had planned?" — This felt like a desperate sales tactic rather than accommodating our wishes for the party.

"You promised unlimited food, but we got limited portions. Why?" — The per-head charge was 1300 INR, but we were served limited food, and had to ask multiple times for more sweets. Some relatives even told me there were no sweets left at all.

"Why were the sweets in limited quantities?" — Despite being promised an "unlimited" supply, the sweets were in very short supply, further demonstrating their lack of commitment to the service they promised.

This entire experience was incredibly insulting and frustrating. We had paid the full amount upfront with the expectation of quality service, but it was clear they didn’t care about delivering on their promises.
