Hotel Kabir Palace — Hotel in Jhandewalan

I was very apprehensive of staying here at first and also cancelled my booking because I had booked triple occupancy room but was shown double occupancy room, therefore I was not sure. Later the management and the staff were very friendly and helpful that they told us even if we didn't want to stay here , we could stay inside the hotel and look for other properties. ||The staff did assured us that triple occupancy was available and that they would give us that room. We decided to stay. ||We stayed 6 nights and we felt safe and secured in the hotel property. ||Last two night we were requested to shift the rooms because they needed to paint the room which we occupied, we didn't mind as we got triple occupancy room on the lower floor .||All the staffs were really good and Mr. Dinesh helped us with the indian SIM card.||Deepak bhai was kind to fix a bag which needed mending.||The hotel is next to the jhandewalen metro and is very nearby and we don't need to cross road or anything to get to the metro.||Eating joints are nearby and karol bagh is also within walking or a small tuktuk ride distance.||The bedsheets may look unclean but while shifting to another room we did ask them to change the sheet so I feel bedsheets even though they are clean may just look little wornout or old. But it was definitely clean.||I would definitely recommend this place , it is value for money and most importantly we felt safe being here....

We booked a 3-bed room type 2rooms in this hotel for totally 6 boys. It was like one single bed separately and a double bed. The rooms are not so small and not so big. I would say it was worth the money. We complained that there was no hot water since there was only hot water available on a specific time (approx - 6.00am-11.00am). And then they provided us with an immersion type rod heater. Which was really helpful for us. The rooms were clean and neat. They also provided toiletries and towels. It was really a peaceful place to sleep and have a good rest there. There was a television, AC and a kettle. I would prefer anyone who comes for Delhi to have rooms here. It is also very close to the metro station (backside). And the hotel is on the main road itself. So there is no problem with the accessibility of an auto or rickshaw or a taxi. But since the main road is small, the vehicle can wait in front of the hotel for more time. But other than that, there are no issues...

My stay at this hotel was a disastrous experience. I will absolutely not recommend it to anyone, especially women. The staff exhibited a shocking disregard for privacy and basic human decency by illegally entering our room without consent. This constitutes a severe breach of trust and a completely unacceptable level of service.||||Despite the fact that the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff's egregious violation of our privacy through the unauthorized entry into our room is completely unacceptable and overshadows any positive...
