Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend

I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a stay at this hotel, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite making a reservation a month in advance and confirming it the day before our arrival, we were shockingly informed at the reception that the hotel was allegedly full.

When I presented our booking details, the staff had only one response - that the hotel was full. This lack of accountability and blatant disregard for confirmed reservations is unacceptable.

Furthermore, it is disheartening to note that the hotel owner, who hails from the south, seems to lack basic management skills and fails to provide even basic services. This behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of the hotel but also reflects poorly on individuals from the south, which is both unfair and unjust.

I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution and not be swayed by positive reviews that may not reflect the reality of the situation. Our experience was nothing short of terrible, and it is essential to bring attention to such issues to prevent others from facing similar disappointments.

In conclusion, my stay was marred by incompetence, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of customer service. I sincerely hope that others can learn from our unfortunate experience and avoid this hotel...

These people rob you if you don’t pay attention, I have a bad experience with this hotel I booked this hotel with online app and there was 2700/ night charge with taxes it goes 3100 approx which was shown in app And when I checked IN and stayed for night and when I paid my bill next day at the time of check out The so called manager Mr ANURAG JI he asked me 3500 I asked why the he told me that 3100 is before taxes and 3500 with taxes I was so confused and I asked thrice to confirm the price but he was consistently pushing for. 3500

Back n forth discussion with manager and owner and after wasted 30 mins then he agrees that there was mistake

So conclusion, pls pay attention to book this hotel Might be you are next person

Plus room was so dirty, bedsheet was not cleaned, washroom was horrible And no lock at door What else you want next

Hygiene I would give -10
