I have Booked 4 Rooms and stayed there for three days. I have done the booking in ofline mode ( called mr.pitambar, the owner/manager directly and booked by paying an advance amount). I found the price is comparitivily lover with the online listing price of the same property. I think that might be because they need to pay the service charges to the online service provider. The Host Mr.Pitambar replied to all our queries through whatsapp including the mid night. Which makes us happy.
Our Suggestions to the Host is It will be better providing complementary Purified Drinking Water to all the rooms.
Providing Iron Box on a call will be a good options to peoples like us who were staying for long period
Providing hair Dryer on a call will be a good options to peoples like us who were staying for long period
Providing an electrical kettle and some tea, coffe, sugar sachet in all the rooms will be a good option.
Please make sure the Soaps provided at the washroom are well packed and not Dirty. ( Viewers please note this wont affect your stay)
Providing Shampoo / Head and body Washing liquid in washroom will be a good idea
The price of inhouse Food service need to be reviewed we found it little costly
The property is using card based locking systems for the rooms. That was a good idea. We found the same in other hotels also but the issue what we were facing is that there will be an option for guest to lock the room from inside using some hooks. But in all the rooms alloted to us what we found is that while trying to lock from inside the locking mechanism / manual locking inside room option is not functioning. That need to be fixed. I know this wont affect the privacy since it wont be open from outside people. But anyway a manual locking from inside the room will feel the guest more secure
I think All the above suggestions will attract peoples
Pros The rooms received to us are good and clean
The Host (mr.Pitambar) is very Friendly and is ready to attend all our queries.through phone call / whatsapp
This hotel is verry good for Those who were planned to Opt the Travels Service from Panikkers Travels . . The panikkers travels is arround 450meters from this hotel
The Reception team is also behaved good to us.
They allowed us to order from outside and eat the food from inside this feels a good to us.
Cons The Room is little bit smaller ( but that is adjustable)
They didn't provided Complementary bottled Drinking Water (The Property charged 33rs for a bottle of water) and you will get the same water for 20rs only. Near to the property
The Inhouse food Service Found...
Read moreI recently had a disappointing experience during my stay at Hotel Bricks Delhi, and I feel it's important to share my feedback to help others make informed decisions.
Service and Hygiene: The hotel's service left much to be desired. Upon checking in, we were shocked to find used linens and towels in our room. When we questioned the staff, they attributed it to a delay in winter laundry but failed to rectify the situation as promised. This lapse in cleanliness significantly impacted our stay.
Discriminatory Charges: The hotel seems to have a discriminatory pricing policy, charging outsiders substantially more. This practice, coupled with their rigid checkout policy, where they demand full-day rent even for an hour's extension, is both unfair and unreasonable.
Unprofessional Manager: One of the most distressing aspects was the unprofessional behavior of the manager. During a discussion with our group, including senior citizens, the manager not only argued vehemently but also used inappropriate slang words. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable and tarnished our perception of the hotel.
Maintenance Issues: The overall maintenance of the hotel was subpar. The rooms had a noticeable odor, and it was evident that they were not adequately maintained. Broken bathroom door handles were a safety concern and added to the discomfort of our stay.
In conclusion, our experience at Hotel Bricks Delhi was nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of unclean facilities, discriminatory practices, unprofessional staff, and maintenance issues made our stay unbearable. We chose to check out after one day and moved to a different hotel for a more comfortable and welcoming experience. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for future guests and prompts necessary improvements by the hotel management.
To add on top of this The hotel has reviews of 5 star which seems fake. Most of the 5 starer have 1 or 2 reviews posted till date. Probably a work of...

Booking clearly said "Pay at the hotel" on the day of check-in got 3 calls to pay in advance... On the second call told them that I am on the way and can't pay as I am driving - they said Okay sir... Then on the third call... When I was in middle of delhi traffic they said they've sent the QR and I need to pay... Made me furious as there was risk of traffic fine on using phone and there was no way I could pull aside to do the same... Reached hotel right at the ETA conveyed to them during all the three calls... Still we were denied room saying we did not pay in advance... When confronted started giving lame excuses like booking.com rules etc. But they could not show anything concrete.
There was no official mail/message quoting we need to pay to ensure room. How can I pay on a random QR from an unknown number... Seems against govt policy as well...
I could hear his superior/hotel owner on phone "saaf mana kar de, jab phone kiya tab pay kyu ni kiya" (bluntly say no, why didn't they pay when asked for)
When I complained to the reception why did they called thrice as we were getting disturbed he said... "3 kya main toh 6 baar karunga" (why thrice I would even call 6 times)
And they claim of being from hospitality industry (owner/superior/front desk)
And then they show some shabby room in another hotel as a replacement......
