Having previously stayed at Bloom Hotel in Bangalore, I had high expectations from their Ranchi property—and I’m happy to report they did not disappoint. True to the brand's promise, the Ranchi hotel delivers the same level of consistency, cleanliness, and comfort that Bloom Hotels are known for.

From the moment you step in, the vibrant interiors and welcoming staff set the tone for a pleasant stay. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff throughout my stay was courteous, professional, and always eager to help.

The rooms are thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic, perfect for business travelers. Clean linens, a comfortable bed, well-lit workspaces, and strong Wi-Fi ensured that both relaxation and productivity were well taken care of. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained the high standards I’ve come to associate with Bloom.

Food-wise, what they offer is quite good—fresh, flavorful, and hygienically prepared. However, the menu is fairly limited, especially for guests staying multiple days. While the options cover most staples, a bit more variety could elevate the dining experience even further.

This hotel is ideal for business travelers. It's functional, efficient, and offers good value for money. While it's not a luxury resort, it delivers exactly what it promises—a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free stay in a well-located part of Ranchi.

We enjoyed our stay at the new Bloom Hotel in Ranchi from 22 - 31 Dec 2023.

We have stayed at this property on two occasions earlier when it was called the Pinnacle Hotel - but didn't enjoy the stay much as the place was run down, the rooms were showing their age and had very poor fit out, the restaurant was dark and dingy and the food was of very low standard.

The difference with the new Bloom is stunning - bright reception area, timber floors all through, well appointed rooms, superb bed linen, bathrooms refurbished to very modern standards and the restaurant is a great pleasure to have meals in.

The most outstanding difference is in the staff and their 'service with a smile' attitude ! Nothing is too difficult for them.

There are some gems here - Rupen in reception is a great employee and an asset to hotel management !

We had great services from Wasim of Housekeeping, Sonu (restaurant manager), Junaid the chef and Arif the maintenance guy.

Bloom has expertly deployed its wide and deep hotel management skills and experience (they have some 50 hotels around India) to quickly ramp up this new hotel's services after a significant renovation and fit-out of the old property.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Bloom. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was.

My room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet – it offered a great variety of delicious options, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot items made to order. The restaurant staff was friendly and ensured everything was replenished promptly.

The hotel’s location was perfect – close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, yet quiet enough to get a good night's sleep.
