One of the worst experience I had with my family. Neither the servers are professional nor is the captain. I will be putting up 10 negative feedback for each person who had to suffer this nightmare

-------------------- Updating review as owner has responded --------------- The ordeal started with Mist fan which was turned towards counter instead of towards table. So, I asked to turn it towards the table. The fan was laden with lots of stuff all of which fell down when the captain tried to turn it. Somehow it was turned. This should have been a warning of the clumsiness and lack of professionalism I was going to face in future.

Although this is just a feedback and is subjective, the quantity is too less for the price that the restaurant charge.

Captain doesn't know what is going to be served. He specifically told that Kofta will be white gravy. Instead, what I got was sticky orange gravy with super small 2 pieces of kofta. Taste 2/5.

I specifically asked Captain whether Rumali roti is available and he answered in affirmative. Later, when we were ready and I tried ordering Rumali roti for almost everyone suddenly he said that chef for Rumali roti is on leave. Rumali rotis do take effort and we were denied the order just because chef was not willing to prepare it. I asked him that I want to talk to manager to which I got reply that manager is also on leave. So, this grand restaurant is running without proper chef and manager.

One of the poorest serving ever faced in my life. I had ordered Paneer Kathi roll. The waiter who was serviing stood on one side and picked the roll and tried to serve on the opposite side. In the process the roll opened up and paneer pieces fell in the water glass leaving the roll completely empty. Now, instead of apologizing and serving a fresh roll waiter said - exact words - "kuch nahi sir chalta hai. glass badal dete hain".

We had to take one plate of "Mushroom masala" back home for my sister who had not come. This was told to the Captain when we first ordered. When we asked for it after our food was finished Captain replied that chef has left and that the kitchen is closed. Seriously! without confirming with the group of 10 ppl sitting in your restaurant your kitchen is closed.

To top all of this - the restaurant had the audacity to charge us 5% service charge too. Overall, this was...

It was my worst experience of my life . Their staff's are fraud (fake) they lie in front of you, try to con you and make you feel wrong (guilty) . Sab k sab dogle h phele per person bol k 700 lutte h cover charge bol k i don't know baki ko kya bole h but hume 700 bol k entry diya or dena k tym ye bole ke refundable h jo bill ayaga ussa deduct hojaya ( waps mil jayaga Paisa) this was his line and we reconfirmed it but ultimately when we asked for bill then he said that it wasn't refundable and we are wrong hum juth bol rhe unhone redeemable bola tha or atlast hum extra paise Dena pd gya cover charge ko complete krne k liye .. Worst experience ever. Doesn't have good service we waited more then 3hrs on weekend but DJ is not there even the behaviour are also not good of the staffs.

Today I went this place after 11 months and again it's worst experience. I had a very disappointing experience at Skyscape Rooftop Bar & Restro. The food quality was terrible. We ordered Mushroom Kadhai and Paneer Kadhai, both of which were extremely bad in flavor. Paneer Kadhai is supposed to be spicy and flavorful, but what they served was oddly sweet and loaded with cream in the gravy – nothing close to authentic taste.

For dessert, the brownie was so hard that it was almost inedible and definitely not enjoyable. On top of that, the ambiance was uncomfortable – they didn’t even turn on the AC on the dance floor, making it suffocating and unpleasant.

Overall, the food, dessert, and atmosphere were all very disappointing. Definitely not worth the hype or the money. Would not...
