SPOT ON Hotel Royal Residency — Hotel in Jharkhand

Service is poor. Location is good. Booked one AC Room at spot. Room size is too small for 2 persons. The condition of the AC was poor. The entry to the hotel is very much unimpressive but the location is good - at walking distance from station. Suggest not to book any cab through Hotel. We booked one cab for day-long visit. They made false comment regarding Parking Fee of the Waterfalls and also stated that there was toll charge totalling to Rs. 370/- and charged accordingly. But at actually we found that there was no Toll in the route and total parking Fee was Rs. 80/- With such false comments they took approximately Rs. 600/- extra and also our journey commencement delayed by approx half an hour.
