Cafe Good Samaritans, Ranchi — Restaurant in Jharkhand

I really don't know why this place is rated too high apart from the food taste and reasonable price nothing defines it as a best cafe. I think most of the reviews are manipulated whenever you'll look carefully the reviewer they are not active users of Google Maps and they haven't Posted a single review on other shop. A cafe should be Quick Serving but instead of Quick Service they'll take time like restaurant. I visited with my family I ordered Veg Noodles With Paneer Chilli, My sister ordered Kitkat Shake and My Mom Ordered Kesar Pista Shake. Waited half an hour I got my veg noodles 5 minutes later got panner chilli. After finishing it the staff came and asked about our order as they forgot our shakes. 10 Minutes later got KitKat shake after finishing shake got 5 minutes later another shake. Only 3 items we ordered and got the food in installment, the service really ruined our mood. They don't remember what you ordered. They'll come after few moments to confirm your order. There were few tables around me and there ordered were also messed up. Beside our table there a group of friends and they came before us, but they didn't get their order and the staff told them to wait, unfortunately they had to leave... The staff was nice but being nice is doesn't mean their service is good.

CONS:- 1. Only a single tab for menu, They'll rotate the tab once another table has decided to order. You'll have to wait for getting the menu (They should provide a QR on table for menu Or they can print it) Confusion between staff. They don't remember what you ordered. Not a QSR. They'll keep you waiting. They don't have a proper SOP. Lack in management. There door should be in the middle. I feel a little congested as it is on the right side( My personal opinion)

Amazing service experience, the service was so amazing that I wasn't able to differentiate ki who's the waiter, who's the manager, and who's the owner. The service was that good. 💫

Food was really nice, they even took feedback for more improvement.

They are trying unique and creative ideas which should be really appreciated 💡👍 eg. Giving choco chips instead of soph and ilaichi while billing.

Atmosphere is attractive and cozy.

Prices were also decent. The menu card was already inclusive of all the taxes. 10/10 for that too

They can use real plants and flowers to make it more...
