Totally old cake base .. the smell started coming within 12 hours... My 05 family members had food poisioning after consuming this cake on 30 June 2022... Proof of doctor PRESCRIPTION visit, injections and medicines available with me ..Rs. 10000 got wasted in treatment.. it was a 3 pound cake for small child. Thankfully my child didn't eat the cake and she got saved... Worst experience .. .. we could have died of food poisioning but got saved by doctor... Also the staff treated the buyer as slaves

Staffs of this shop are very rude and disrespectful to customers they usually behave with customers as customers are their slave.Today i.e.11/5/2022 got the same experience one of the staff was too rude with me that I was totally surprised and the person seems to be manager (sitting on counter) was listening and doing nothing about this, as I know he is not owner and he is not taking care of shop properly , owner should think betterment...

It is horrifying to see how this shop is least bothered about the current emergency the entire nation is going through. Saw a very calm and rational gentleman who only asked the shopkeeper to follow the social distancing guidelines, and in return was argued and not allowed to purchase from this shop :( The man was in his fast for Ramadan . Utter unprofessionalism, unethical. Infact I urge the people of ranchi to boycott such shopkeepers who cannot respect the decency of a gentleman and has the audacity to do wrong to someone who's doing his part of duty for public good.
