OYO 16169 Sahdev Guest House — Hotel in Jodhpur

Booked for a one night through goibibo where it had a good rating but when I checked it in it was a very bothering and disturbing experience,first of all its reception was like a railway platform counter where one person was sleeping,some was standing (not guests) and the key person was paying no more attention to me,first of all they asked me a very strange question ,when will you check out ,I replied booking is for one night and I will check out next morning on or before scheduled check out time,then they asked a more strange question will you go out right now or some hrs later ,I replied it is on me whether I go or not ,your job is to allot a room to me as I have a confirmed booking voucher,after this unwanted conversation they alotted me a room||room and bathroom was okay but it was shocking to me that they shut down ac in midnight,there was no one drop water in bathroom after 00 hrs,there was a loud noise in gallery and other common area,one person knocked my room about 2 am and when I opened he ran away,over all passed a night in a very bad ambience,tv was playing with one channel only,no one attended to rectify despite request,In the morning on check out I complained for all these things and said what type of this Oyo rooms ,there was no reply,Oyo rooms is giving franchisee to earn more and more and it is a giant now in the hotel field so no more attention to any norms ,In the early time or at the starting time of Oyo there was a strict vigil on facilities and norms but now there is nothing,as a frequent traveller it was one of the my worst...

Blood stained linen,tobacco stained walls of the room,red stains of tobacco on the curtains as well,faulty electric wiring,air conditioner making so much noise that one would check it for exploding every now and then out of fear.Management and receptionist are rude to say the least.This property is listed on Oyo and as soon as you reach the place after booking it on the app they shamelessly reject your booking saying the tariff which you paid is not acceptable. Why on earth have you listed your property on oyo if you aren't comfortable with the pricing?Moreover they refuse talking to any customer care executive over the issue and simply turn a blind eye to your problem.Blood stains on the linen!!You are paying for getting infected by hepatitis over here.I wish I could rate it even lower than a single star.There are 1000 places in jodhpur much better than this Guest house for this price tag.I would go one step ahead and advise people to lie under the sky on bus stands and railway platforms instead of opting to stay here.Stop...

What a worst category hotel! Wont recommend to anyone, if any user find this hotel in oyo or google best results, so dont book otherwise you will be have devil nights over there, and staffs of this 0 class hotel are an another comedian part, which cant describe in single word.

The important person, who sitting on reception that person saying we dont have oyo room hence i booked room from oyo app and oyo employee confirmed the room. He is running fruad business there by doing such tricky games with travelers.

Make sure hotel should be closed and i complained about every single note which i had faced.
