I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this bar restro My friends and I visited on a Saturday evening, looking forward to a night out and some good food&drink . However, our experience was marred by the poor service and unaccommodating staff. We arrived at the bar&restro and were greeted by the hostess, who told us that there would be a short wait before we could be seated. We were fine with this and decided to grab a drink at the bar while we waited. However, when we asked the waiters if we could sit in the corner, he told us that those tables were reserved. I was surprised by this, as the corner tables appeared to be empty I asked the bartender if he was sure that the tables were reserved, and he told me that they were indeed taken I found this strange, as there were no reserved signs on the tables and they remained empty for the entire time we were there When we were finally seated, our waiter seemed completely uninterested in helping us. He took our order and then disappeared for long periods of time, leaving us to wonder if he had forgotten about us. When I asked him if we could move to the corner table, which was still empty, he told me that it was not possible. I was shocked by the poor service we received at this bar/ restro . The staff seemed uninterested in helping us and were unwilling to accommodate our requests. The food was average, but the service was so bad that it overshadowed everything else. I would not recommend this mox vox Bar& restro to anyone. The poor service and unaccommodating staff make it a place to avoid. There are many other bar & restro in the area that offer better food&drink and service. This establishment clearly doesn't value its customers. Save your time and money and go to one of the many other welcoming bars in Jodhpur. This place is a disgrace and deserves zero stars if that were an option.

Absolutely Horrific Experience

I've never felt so unwelcome or disrespected at a club in my life. The so-called "ambience" was more like a prison cell. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that the staff treated customers like beggars, especially if you didn't meet their arbitrary dress code. The manager was particularly rude and condescending. As soon as I sat down, she rushed over and demanded an order. When I asked for the menu, I was shocked to find that the prices were completely different from what was advertised on online booking platforms. It was obvious they were trying to scam customers. The entire experience was incredibly uncomfortable and stressful. The staff constantly hovered over me, questioning if I had placed an order, even though the manager was watching the whole thing. It felt like they were trying to rush me out as soon as possible. After what felt like an eternity, my food finally arrived. But the harassment didn't stop there. The staff continued to stare at me, waiting for me to finish so they could turn the table. It was incredibly embarrassing and humiliating. When I finally paid the bill, the manager had the audacity to tell me to clear the table because she had 1000 guests waiting outside. I left feeling completely defeated and embarrassed. I don't know what I did wrong, but I'll never set foot in that place again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this terrible establishment at all costs.
