⭐ 1 Star — WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT PATIO BY BOTTOMS UP!

I have been a loyal customer here for a long time. I’ve come with friends, with colleagues, and even recommended this place to others. But after my recent visit, I am shocked, disappointed, and absolutely done with this place.

The evening started with high expectations — we thought we’d have our usual good time. But the moment we entered, I could already sense something was wrong. The staff was completely disinterested, unprofessional, and downright careless. No proper welcome, no smiles, no basic courtesy. They acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us sit.

And then came the real nightmare — the heat! The place had NO FANS working, no ventilation, and it felt like a suffocating hotbox. We were literally sweating while trying to have a conversation. For a place that markets itself as a premium hangout spot, this was a joke.

We tried to bring this up politely to the staff, but there was no proper complaint process and the attitude we got in return was cold and dismissive. Nobody even apologized or tried to fix the situation. Instead, they went about their work like we didn’t matter at all.

Let’s talk about the prices: For the level of service, comfort, and hospitality we received, the bill was an insult. They are charging premium prices for an experience that isn’t even worth half the money.

What makes it worse is that I have been a regular here, and I’ve spent a lot of my money at this place over the months. But loyalty clearly means nothing to them. Today I left not only drenched in sweat but also filled with frustration and regret.

Patio is a fine dine in restaurant and as well as bar , Restaurant sitting is quite simple and sober ,with beautiful interior and comfortable sittings, Bar sitting is in open space ,in which greenery and plants are placed which makes this place more beautiful in day and in night lighting and lamps are lighten up which gives a good appearance of bar , Interior and exterior was both beautiful and photogenic, Talking about food , food was good 4/5, We have ordered sizzling brownie and the quantity was so less and the taste was not upto the expectation, brownie was seems to be a cake like soft and not much chocolate sause hasn't been spread , we have talked about this to the water but they didn't helped us , so service and food was 3/5 Overall experience was good , we have also ordered sizzlers and pizza which was good in taste , Free parking space available for bikes and cars , Wheelchair accessible, Kid friendly was restaurant only , Service 3/5 I recommend...
