Hotel Royal Cliff — Hotel in Kanpur

I recently stayed at the Royal Cliff Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. This was supposed to be a relaxing time with my family, but the hotel's unprofessionalism completely ruined it.||Firstly, the breakfast was a disaster. At 8 in the morning, the food was cold and unappetizing. They couldn't even manage to make a simple dish like French toast properly. It's unacceptable for a hotel to serve such poor quality food to its guests.||The biggest issue was the swimming pool. When we went for a swim, the water was green and there was visible fungus around. This is a serious health hazard and shows a complete lack of maintenance. I even took a picture to show how bad it was.||When I complained to the staff, their response was shocking. They were extremely unprofessional and behaved like roadside people, telling me that it was my fault and that "it is what it is." Such an attitude towards customers is disgraceful and unacceptable.||Royal Cliff Hotel's lack of professionalism and care has greatly affected what was supposed to be quality time with my family. I will not be returning and I advise others to avoid this place if they value their health...

All time i enjoyed.....you can book for ur marriage ur birthday 🎂 ur dates and ur marriage anniversary, i go with my friends.... Here last day as i leard 17 may i visited for Addmission fair Actually I wand to take Addmission for Masters of Computer Application.....Here i know about Fees campus and faculties members..... I'm decided for my MBA because here i know multiple universities which give me a great future.....Thank you 🙏...

I had a long stay of over 3 weeks at hotel Royal Cliff. Even though they maintain high standards like the branded hotels, their staff are much more warmer and friendlier when compared to their corporate counterparts.||||The hotel was very accomodating and adjusting towards our requirements as and when requested.||The location is prime and the main tourist attractions in Kanpur are all nearby to the place.||||A big thumbs...
