What a scam Pizza Hut and Zomato are running together. First, this branch of Pizza Hut clearly doesn’t know how to prepare these baked chicken recipes. Instead of cooking with different sauces, they turned each baked chicken's sauce into gravy, I mean, completely drenched in sauce, totally uneatable. You can't even lick it. And don't ask me which chicken wings, because I ordered all three of them.

What’s the next thing you do when you experience something like this? You seek help from the app you ordered from. And on Zomato, there is no resolution for bad taste or badly cooked food, just a feedback submission, which leads to nothing but the loss of your hard-earned money.

Then the next step? Calling the restaurant. Now here comes the joke in the name of customer service or whatever. You try calling this Swaroop Nagar branch—from Zomato or their website—so far, I got two numbers, and both of them are SWITCHED OFF. Yes, you heard it right, both contact numbers of a Pizza Hut franchise are SWITCHED OFF.

Then the next move is to call customer care... and here comes the funniest joke of all. You wait, from caller number 20 to your turn, and just as your turn comes, the automated reply says "GOODBYE" and the call hangs up—like it's mocking you. This happened to me TWICE: once from number 20 to my turn, and another time from number 18 to my turn.

Then, while typing this review, the manager of the franchise called me. And surprise: the number was none of the publicly available ones. All he wanted was to resolve the issue internally, and though he didn’t say it directly, it was clear he wanted me to remove the review and give them another chance. My money is gone, and now these guys are calling me to remove the review. At one point, he offered a food refund—meaning they would give me the food again. I accepted, then he refused to come to my location because apparently it was “too far away.”

Now the restaurant manager and his seniors are telling me to ask for a refund from Zomato, not them.

This whole ordeal spanned over 2 hours, with no proper resolution in sight.

Not only did I waste my TIME and money, but it also ruined a meal I was genuinely looking forward to after a long day

If this is how franchises are allowed to operate and leave customers helpless, what exactly are Zomato and Pizza Hut doing for quality control?

I recently visited the Swaroop Nagar Pizza Hut and would like to share my disappointing experience with the hope that it will be addressed appropriately.

I placed an order for two personal delight pizzas and provided a coupon code via my credit card to check its validity. However, the billing counter staff mistakenly added two additional pizzas to my order without my consent, stating it was necessary to check the coupon validity. When I clarified that I had only ordered two pizzas, I was initially met with resistance. Eventually, after further discussion, a staff member directed that a new order be created for the correct number of pizzas.

Upon reaching home, I discovered that no sauces were included in the package, which further added to my dissatisfaction.

I am quite disappointed with the overall experience, including the confusion at the billing counter and the incomplete order. I hope that this feedback will be taken seriously to improve the service quality and customer satisfaction at this...

I was excited but the pizza what i ordered and what i got was having far difference... First of all I ordered Personal Size Veggies Lovers* But what was delivered to me was so bad looking & tasting pizza .. so few toppings I mean previously also I Tried Pizza Hut but they wasn't that type of Chepos... Too less toppings and on that most of them were burnt. Cheese was so badly/less stuffed in. Overall My experience eas bad for this...
