4 experiences-- 1:Ok so it's one of the most sought after places in Kanpur. It's located in a very posh area Swaroop Nagar. There are many Fast food joints nearby and Famous Chat shops and Chinese food shops too. There are Many branded outlets also in the vicinity and even coaching centres. 2:So coming to the Baba foods. It has opened in last 6-8 years I guess (not sure) but it serves one of a kind Biryani. It's a Desi chicken biryani made in Desi ghee. They serve Tikka rice too. These are the best items they have and others are just average. It's a must try place for their biryani. The only negative point I find is the pricing. The pricing has increased rapidly and sometimes you feel that the meal is not a value for money. My third experience was the worst in 2021 March. Food taste is awesome , specially chicken masala. Price is little bit high ! But the only problem is their staff and poor service, staff behaviour is very rude and service is also not upto the mark, many times in a week their tandoor did not work i mean you have to choose one and only option rumali roti. baba food swaroop nagar branch - Biryani taste is not that great according considering the hype association with baba biryani . The Biryani is not purely made of desi ghee it's refine oil and deshi ghee biryani and more the aroma is only from desi ghee. The MASALA use in biryani are not very much and the spicness of biryani come from black pepper and not from green chillies.well slowly slowly baba birynai is degrading it's quality.
