Hotel The Palassio — Hotel in Kanpur

I visited Kanpur for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for two days with my family. Here's my feedback over this hotel:

1. Room Condition: AC in my room wasn't working, despite reporting it at 1 am, room service arrived late and couldn't fix it. Two out of four rooms were stinking. Found cigarette butts and leftovers from previous guests in rooms. Bathroom tap had no water when I needed to use it at the time of bath.

2. Service Quality: Room service was slow to respond and ineffective in fixing issues. Missed complementary breakfast due to lack of staff attention, and when served, it was tasteless. Poor communication and excuses from staff regarding service failures.

3. Staff Behavior: During checkout, encountered rude and disrespectful behavior from the manager. Manager was dismissive and defensive when providing feedback, showing no regard for customer satisfaction.

4. Overall Experience: This hotel provided the worst experience I've had. Disrespectful treatment from staff and poor amenities make it unsuitable for recommending to others.

I regret choosing this hotel and would advise against staying here based on my experience. Such disregard for customer comfort and satisfaction is...

One of the worst hotel I had been to.

1. The bathroom was not cleaned and stinky. I asked them to sprinkle phenyl and a bucket of water. I reminded them 4 times but never happened.
2. I was provided the same bed sheet and blanket which the previous guest used. It was not changed. They said they do not have it in stock.
3. There was no geyser. Shower wasn't working. You only need to use a dirty bucket.
4. Forget the complimentary breakfast. In my visit for 3 days, I never received. They don't have chef in the kitchen.
5. They do not have a telephone in the room.
6. In night rats were running on my bed. When asked for help, they were unwilling to do so. Finally when rat ran out of the room and entered the other guest room, I asked them to take care of it. They were like leave it sir let the other guest struggle. They gave a gesture and left.
7. One of the front desk staff don't know how to take print. After waiting for 30 mins finally I only took the print from their system.
8. Power cut off with no inverter backup.
9. No wifi on 2nd floor.
10. No lift. This hotel is not ready to serve guest. The staffs are literally picked from...

All the staff at the hotel talk rudely… they create problems during check-in… no one is showing any sympathy towards us, if we are paying them then they should talk to the customers nicely… But it seems like they are making customers feel that by giving them rooms...it looks like the customers don't know what the customers do, these customers don't understand anything.I have always stayed in this hotel... but after today I will never do so. Nor will I recommend all of you to stay here... you guys should check the condition of the rooms inside, seal, bad smell and service very poor..electricity was very interrupted so I always suggest to you don't go this hotel.... reception staff name..
