Dining at Zaffran was an absolute delight and a memorable experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance set the tone — warm lighting, elegant interiors, and a calming atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and welcome.

The staff at Zaffran truly elevate the dining experience. We were greeted with genuine smiles and seated promptly. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff had in-depth knowledge of the menu, offering great recommendations based on our preferences.

The food was simply outstanding. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with authentic flavors. The kebabs were tender and perfectly spiced, and the biryani was aromatic with just the right balance of saffron and seasoning. Every bite reflected the quality of ingredients and the skill of the chefs. The portions were generous, and the pricing felt fair for the quality served.

What truly impressed me was how the team handled every detail — water glasses were refilled promptly, plates were cleared smoothly between courses, and dietary preferences were respected without any hassle.

We finished with a delightful dessert, recommended by the staff, which was the perfect end to the meal. They even checked in after the meal to ensure everything was to our satisfaction — a small gesture that left a lasting impression.

It's so much shameful that this restaurant refuses it's customers to serve us normal RO drinking water. They literally strategize to make their customers but packed drinking water of Vedica brand (which is costliest as compared to Bisleri and other brands). When I asked them to serve normal RO water, they replied - "We don't have RO installed." Stunned to their reply I asked then which water do you guys use to cook our food. And for this they replied- "Same Vedica bottled water." I lauged and thought may be that's why the food here is so costly. I brought this upto their manager who backed the same irrelevant theory. So I literally wonder now -

1. Since the restaurant doesn't have an installed RO, are they even permitted to under Food corporation laws?
2. Using 60rs Vedica 1ltr. Bottle water to prepare food, that means atleast 50-60 bottles per day, which they are charging from customers indirectly.
3. If they are not using vedica water and donot even have RO then are they even using clean water to prepare food. I am in real dilemma after my first experience their and would never want to visit the place again. In my views, they are making fool of customers by giving overpriced water bottles and...

We went to dinner at this place . We asked the staff to change the regular water as it was not cleaned water . He in return told us to take the mineral water instead of changing the water .In reply we asked him , if the food is not UPTO the mark , we should also order the food from outside . The waiter name was Veer Bhadra. Second incident was when , we went to our table for which we waited for , the waiter told us to wait outside as the people came after us will dine in there first ( the people were veer’s known person , and he was giving them special attention) . This kind of behaviour was extremely wrong and unacceptable for us . As we came to dine in , it is his duty to treat us in well behave manner .
