Recently stayed in one of the rooms of this hotel with dissatisfaction. In morning I reached the city and booked a room, went into the bathroom and found out that the flush of the toilet was slow. Then another issue was No Water in sink tap. They changed my room and the other room too was in such a bad condition. Water was leaking through the bathroom ceiling. There was one door in the bathroom that opened to a space with pipelines which was so disgusting and made me feel like vomiting. The bed was dusty. There were insects in the room which were not only in the closet but also on bed and the table on which they served food. I had to kill at least three, fearing lest they should enter my plate. The milk served was adulterated with a lot of water. I couldn't make out if water was in the milk or milk was in water. The attendants had no ettiquetes, kept ringing though I was in bathroom, refused to wait patiently. The television was not working in the very first attempt and had to get it fixed. The receptionist didn't have manners to talk. He used very rude language at the time of departure. It seemed like his work was done and now I was nothing for him. The irresponsible attendants asked for money which I didnt offer because I was disappointed in their service. They didn't keep the rooms clean. I had to take a room because I was getting late for university. I had some urgent work there and my time was running out because after reaching city, I had been searching for hotels in the proximity of the university but couldn't find one.
