Our experience at the barbecue company,Kanpur for our son’s birthday party was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill rapidly.

Firstly, the taste of the food was very bad. We had high expectations for the menu, but the dishes served were far from satisfactory. The quality and flavor were severely lacking, which was a major letdown for such an important occasion.

Secondly, the service was incredibly slow. We had to repeatedly remind the waitstaff about our orders, which disrupted the flow of the event. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially during a celebration.

Moreover, the behaviour of Atul Shukla from their staff was shockingly rude. Their lack of professionalism and courtesy was evident throughout our time there. This added to our frustration and disappointment.

Overall, our experience was far from what we had hoped for. We would not recommend this venue for any special event, as it failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality...

Very late service Nothing was prepared at the peak lunch time of Saturday 2 pm. Shrimps were tooo bad and it was the smallest size available, they were so tight we couldn’t eat. Pineapple was literally rotten i don’t know who gave them the food licence to serve stale food. Moving towards main course , they took the order of buffet 🤣 that was shocking for us and we waited for the main course for around 35 minutes. And the main course was soo promising we took a bite and we left the table. It was my fault to visit THE BARBEQUE COMPANY and not go to BBQ nation. I request to food department to kindly check the quality of pineapple,fish ,prawns , paneer and mutton. And we were not soo strong enough to try there...

This is a decent place to have food, although if you compare it with The barbeque nation then you might not like the place. The food options are less and the overall quality of the food does not justify the cost per person. They still need to figure out a few things like there are a lot of flys on the tables and they will sit on your food if you don't pay attention, the staff is overall good but needs a little bit more training. They also need to make the food setup a little better for example, salad was kept with desserts so we missed that. They do have a card machine but they prefer cash or gpay.
