Extremely pathetic service about serving the food.

Day 1: ordered the lunch at 01:30 pm, and was served at 03:30 pm. After numerous phone calls to customer services, it was finally served to my room and upon asking the reason for it they said they said that there are other customers with family whom we need to serve first!

Day 2: ordered breakfast at 08:26 am, I was told that it will be served in my room after 09:15 am. Around 09:00 am, I'm getting a call from reception that, I'm eligible for breakfast only on the next day. The irony is, I stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and I was supposed to check out at 11:00 am and then leave for the airport, still I got to listen to this. Again when asked for the delay they told me that as they had other orders, it took them more time. Furthermore, I had ordered bread jam, and coffee but I got bread butter toast, and tea.

So in short, if you're a solo traveler, on a business trip then this hotel isn't for you, you'll only get good services if you come...

Worst ever place to stay in Kanpur, they gave me a very poor room which was unlike the pictures they showed. In pictures they showed a double deluxe room and they provided a very poor rooftop single bed room which was very poor. Also I took the package of with breakfast stay which was not provided at all and Fab bookings have complimentary water bottles they even charged extra for that and upon asking the staff argued with me and denied bottled water.

Upon asking about the room type they said for online bookings they've these messy and poor rooms and for direct booking they have deluxe rooms. The hygiene was very poor and my overall experience is very bad.

Note:- This was my 2nd stay at this place and the issues were still the same, I booked it again as a second chance to see if the issues will persist or not but guess what nothing changed and even lead to a even worse experience.

Had an awful and pathetic experience here. We have booked a room online and we were group of three girls and booked 2 rooms . Our bookings were confirmed and despite that they allot the room to someone on hourly basis and asked my friend to shift in our room as they have allotted the room to a couple on hourly basis And when the couple to whom they gave room on hourly basis left then @9pm they gave the room which is not clean and very unhygienic. Worst experience. I will not recommend anyone , there is something wrong with the staff and their way of working. No warm behaviour and nothing to the guys who booked online but everything to people who booked offline or on hourly basis. Especially mentioned to the receptionist who was very rude and partial.
