One of the elegant spaces to dine in that Kanpur boasts of! Situated on the fourth floor in a prestigious mall called Z square, this restaurant is upscale and worth a visit! No alcohol is served here due to mall restrictions yet you can enjoy well made mocktails here! We tried their Pineapple Coconut Mohito! I strongly recommend the starters Malai Broccoli and Paneer Cigar Rolls! Perfect! Subz Miloni was excellent too Recommend their Pudeena Paratha We tried their aloo pyaz kulcha too which is served with a small katori of dal dollops of butter and tomato murabba Quantity of food is good and one full sabzi can easily serve four to five guests The Dal Punjab grill was okayish , well made but i wouldn’t go back for it! Luvnch ended with a complimentary shot of pan All in all a great experience and looking forward to going back The staff is courteous and caring Deepak took very good care of us throughout, Ria , our hostess was sweet and welcoming! and The Assistant Manger too made sure our experience...
Read moreThe Service: While the ambiance is initially calm and inviting, the service is a major letdown. It took 15-20 minutes just to serve a single garlic naan. The management is poor when it comes to timely service, so be prepared for long waits. I requested my gravy to be extra spicy, but it arrived mildly sweet, showing a lack of attention to customer requests.
The Food: The menu is significantly overpriced. Although the taste isn’t terrible, it doesn’t justify the high prices. For example, the “Laal Maas” costs INR 525 for a half portion, but the flavor is comparable to a basic tawa fry available for less than INR 100 at a local street market. The restaurant seems to charge for its location and branding, but the taste and presentation (3/5) don’t match the premium pricing. There are better options offering unique flavors and quicker service for the same price.
Honestly, I don’t know how this restaurant reached a 4.7 rating (currently) on...

The naan was unexpectedly chewy and lacked the soft, fluffy texture one expects from a premium establishment. The Paneer Lababdar, typically a rich and flavourful dish, fell flat in taste and texture—underwhelming and forgettable. The one redeeming element was the Hare Bhare Kebab, which was decently spiced and well-prepared.
For a restaurant that prides itself on offering gourmet Punjabi cuisine, the culinary execution left much to be desired. A revisit would only be considered if the kitchen quality improves to match the excellent service...
