Hotel Mandakini Palace — Hotel in Kanpur

Well, it's difficult to write a negative review but at the same time it is important as a reviewer to bring the correct picture to the fore so that others can make the right decision. Suggest all to go for other option. They'll not do booking through Oyo, I don't know why they are on these apps. Giving one star is not worthy...very bad experience,very bad facilities and uncomfortable stay. They'll not even provide you water, that is the basic requirement. No water bottles, No water jug, No glasses in the room. When you'll ask for water they'll send you water bottle and guess what that is chargeable. No room service available. Forget about bathroom kit. Not even proper water supply in the bathroom, you'll need to call the reception guy and ask him to start the motor no matter what time it is. Rude staff behavior.  I’m surprised they even have a business. Not visiting...

Not the best like 4 or 5 star hotel but the best for middle class people like me for stay in kanpur. I will also recommend if you are a businessman or tourist please visit once. I was there in 2019 and this review is based on that time's experience. Their food quality was really amazing and mouthwatering, the taste was non forgettable. They also have car parking and CCTV available for security. Their staff members are also good, humble and caring. One of their staff member named "Harish bhai" helped us a lot and his smiling face and caring attitude is just lovable. Whenever i visit kanpur I'll definitely go there and have their service. Decent stay..... Well rooms are very spacious . Looks that it was not constructed for hotel originally but converted after construction . That is why every rooms has their own uniqueness . Many rooms are having very big change rooms with cupboards. Bathrooms are equally spacious as big as rooms . Few bathroom have bath tubs also . Staff is cooperative aa well . If you want to organise small meetings or family functions they also can arrange for that . Ori ea are also affordable . But in menu they have mentioned many items but in reality don't offer all the items to customers . Apart from this...
