Want a break and enjoy serene calm nature, close to Bengaluru, then come and stay at Fantasy Golf Resort. One of the initial resorts in Bengaluru with Good hospitality, food, rooms and Beautiful Greenery to top it! The team here ( Dhiraj, Gowtham, Wilson , Chef Tilakram and Mgr Stanley ) will ensure a wonderful stay and awesome experience. We came from Whitefield via Hebbal and reached the resort in 1 hr 30 mins . As soon as you enter you can see beautiful Rabbits near the Main Gate. We were greeted by Mr Dhiraj at reception and Mr Wilson and Mr Goutham was they are to assist and took our luggage to Premium Room. We stayed in Top floor and from our balcony we could see the entire property -- Full greenery, trees and flowers. The greatness of this property is that they have maintained all the trees as is and that make this resort unique. You can see all type of trees - mango, coconut, guava, jackfruit, coconut etc. just to name a few. Wilson has a cute set of Rabbits, and my children really enjoyed holding a small bunny. Very cute. (added pic). The property has a big green ground where you can play cricket , football etc if you come with friends. We took a cycle ride of the property. Chef made yummy pakodas and we enjoyed it with tea/coffee in the evening. Night was awesome – blended with the calmness and darkness of trees and the warmth of the Bon-Fire. Wilson and Goutham did help setup the Bon-fire . I was taken back to my child hood memories as i was enjoying the peaceful full moon night ..It felt as if I was in my native Kerala at my dad's home . . Dinner was also served to the room and had a variety to choose from the available Menu which had both Veg and NonVeg choices. The Food was awesome and really felt very homely. Menu was shared via WhatsApp and you can choose the needed and need to update 30 mins ahead so that Chef can prepare delicious homely food which is served hot. Thanks Chef Tilakram for the tasty homely food. Goutham helped to serve the food to the room - eve snacks and dinner. The premium cottage room we took was upstairs and was really clean and had AC, Hot water, Tata Sky with Wifi. Wilson, Goutham and Dhiraj took at-most care and provided awesome service. Morning breakfast was served at the outdoor restaurant and we had many options and you can select and inform via WhatsApp and also mention time.. Post breakfast, we spend time playing outdoor and indoor games (basketball, cycling, etc..), enjoyed relaxing on the hammock in the cool breeze . The beautiful greenery all around will tempt to you take many photos as where ever you see the background is awesome full of greenery, trees and flowers. In total the stay at Fantasy Golf Resort was a total escape from busy city life and felt really de-stressed as we all immersed in nature and greenery , enjoyed the calm night with warm Bon-Fire, really yummy homely food and great hospitality. This is one of the worst places I have stayed at. The mosquitos caused some of my friends to get sick. They didn't even mention that outside food isn't allowed in the property so they trap you into spending a crazy amount at the place. The horrible food service - food was promised to be delivered in 30-40 mins but it took 2 hours. The food is horrible and they charge you more than 5 star restaurants for quarter of the food size.

Apart from this, the staff treats people there very poorly. They don't open up things upfront and lie to you before you use the amenities. Once you do, they double the charge of it. They charge for people who came to visit for an hour and didn't even use amenities. But they previously said people can visit and leave within a time frame. They will take advantage of you in front of your guests to pay and manipulate situations.

In the end, they didn't even give us a receipt that they promised to send. We didn't get the receipt of the food, nor the stay. They made us wait for close to 2 hours and we got sick and tired and had to leave so we paid their nonsense fee. I wanted a picture of the reciept but they didnt allow that either. Infact they said they would send on whatsapp but blocked us. This is just poor management and disgracful. They also had to send us money that they promised to send back yesterday and they didnt. Now when they finally picked up, they are threatening us to remove this post in exchange of the payment we deserve.

They charged us extra fees for everthing like wifi which was part of the package but it didnt even work. No shampoo, conditioner, none of the amenities in the house.

There is a huge scam happening here I really do not recommend this place. We have tried contacting them but they don't respond and have blocked us. We have called for food inspections from our side and are trying to send other authorities here. Please do not...
